Another Day in Paradise 321:365

I never get tired of that view.

Making Tracks 320:365

One of my favorite things about running in fresh snow is seeing the tracks of all the critters that were up and moving around before me.

Sunrise Reflections 316:365

There are certain rewards for getting out the door before the sun rises.

Muddy Shoes 314:365

I didn't do very well at missing the mud puddles.

25K Tech Shirt 313:365

I earned this tech shirt by running 25K on the trails of Canfield Mountain.  I'm pretty proud of that.

First Snow Run 307:365

First run of the season in snow and my first trail run in snow ever.  Beautiful!

Fence, Framed 300:365

A shot of the famous Fence of 1000 Iron Wheel through, well, the Fence of 1000 Iron Wheels.

Sunlight & Water 299:365

We relaxed here after the lake.  It's at the Lewis and Clark Discovery Center in Hells Gate State Park on the banks of the Snake River.

The Palouse 298:365

On our way to a race in Hells Gate State Park, we took a little side-trip.  I love the Palouse.  It never fails to deliver.

Fall Colors Photoshopped 294:365

Trail 10 293:365

I can't believe I'm saying this - I mean, Trail 10 has been my nemesis all summer long - but look how pretty! And this section isn't quite as tough as some of the others I've run.

700 Miles 292:365

This is what 700 miles looks like.  I can't believe I've already logged as many miles in 2013 as I did in all of 2012.  My 1000 mile goal is probably out of reach, but I think I can make 900.

Growing Up Too Fast 290:365

She is growing up way too fast and is as smart as a whip.  I love that face.

Lake Coeur d'Alene 287:365

It's not Cabo San Lucas, but it will do just fine.

Cabo San Lucas: Last Day - Fishing Boats 286:365

We got up early enough the last day to watch the fishing boats headed out to sea.  I really hated to leave - it was one of the best vacations ever.  I love everything about Cabo San Lucas & hope to go back soon.

Cabo San Lucas: Day Four - Sunrise over the Sea of Corez 285:365

Another gorgeous sunrise.  What can I say?  It was the perfect way to start each day.

Cabo San Lucas: Day Three - the Arch 284:365

Tell me it doesn't look like a dinosaur drinking out of the ocean...

Cabo San Lucas: Day Two - the Sea of Corez & the Pacific Ocean 283:365

Sunrise over the Sea of Corez and a beautiful day at the Pacific Ocean.  There is nothing I don't love about this place.  See my Flickr set for more photos.

Cabo San Lucas: Dinner - Day One 282:365

First time to Cabo San Lucas.  Won't be the last.

Canfield View 279:365

I love the layers in this one.

A Muddy Run 272:365

Her First Selfie 271:365

OK, technically, not a photo I took, since she pushed the button.  But really - I should get technical now, at this point, in a completely blown Project 365??  I thought not.

Unexpected 270:365

An unexpected surprise.  The very best kind.  Thanks, Linda!!!

Cloudy Day on Canfield 265:365

Looks like rain, but it never did.

East and West 264:365

Looking east and west during the sunset.  The sky looked like a lake of fire.

My Favorite Time of Day 260:365

I love sunrise.

He Made It!! 257:365

The reason we were at Silver Mountain Resort:  Scott ran the first Silver Mountain SOB - a grueling 9 mile run up Kellogg Peak.  He did it!  Great job, honey!

View from the Balcony 256:365

Silver Mountain Resort.

Last Day at the Beach 255:365

We got one final warm day, so we spent it at the beach.  Grandpa showed Neela how to swim.

Neela's Sunflower 253:365

It's Neela's sunflower.  She grew it from a seed.

View from the Loch Haven hills 250:365

This is why I run.  I am so lucky to live in a place with views like this everywhere.

Sunrise, September 3, 2013 246:365

It was so much prettier than the picture.

Bernard Peak 244:365

We hiked to the top of Bernard Peak.  With our backpacks.  Ok, they weren't fully loaded, but still, it was their "maiden voyage".  Can't wait to get back out there.  Gorgeous!
