Drive Around the Lake

 We went for a drive through Coeur d'Alene and around the lake today.  

I love this statue of Ganesha, but it's sure been the subject of a bunch of discussion in the local paper.  I looked it up and found this: "Ganesha is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles and more generally as Lord of Beginnings.  He is also the patron of arts and sciences, and the deva of intellect and wisdom. "  Doesn't sound like anything to get your panties in a bunch over.

 We saw this sailboat on the foggy lake.  Wish we were on it.

And this ~ the last of the leaves.

For these trees anyway.
